Volunteer of the Month

This year for Earth Day, Marley Claytor asked her mother if she could go to the neighborhood pond in order to clean up all of the trash that had accumulated.

The pond is home to ducks, turtles, fish and two separate families of Canadian Geese. Marley filled two garbage bags with trash, among the items she picked up were bottles, cans, a can of oil and fishing line. Items that could have harmed the animals.

Congratulations to Marley, our volunteer of the month and a true steward for our Earth.
